You send a photo or description, we confirm a price, and we show up with everything we need, using your water spigot and a power outlet. Wheels, then pre-wash, then hand wash, then drying, in that order every time.
We wash wheels first because they carry the heaviest contamination and we don't want that grit transferring to the paint later. The foam pre-wash loosens dirt before anything touches the surface, which cuts down on the fine scratching that comes from wiping dirt straight into paint.

Alloy Wheel Cleaning
Alloy wheels get a dedicated cleaner suited to lifting baked-on brake dust without damaging the finish, done before the rest of the car so contamination stays off the paint. Brake dust that's bonded rather than sitting on top needs a stronger treatment; see iron decontamination for that.
Engine Bay Cleaning
Available on request. We clean around sensitive components carefully rather than blasting everything with water, since an engine bay needs a more deliberate approach than the rest of the exterior.
Door Jambs and Vents
Door jambs collect grime that gets ignored in a quick wash, and exterior vents and trim get dusted and wiped down as part of the same pass, not treated as an afterthought.
Contaminants We Remove
Bug splatter, tar, tree sap, and bird droppings are all acidic or abrasive enough to damage clear coat if they sit too long, so we treat them with dedicated removers rather than scrubbing them off dry. Brake dust and water spots get the same treatment: lifted safely, not sanded off with pressure.
