Reverence Detailing is an owner-operated mobile detailing business working out of Guelph, Ontario. This page describes how reverencedetailing.com actually behaves. It was written by reading the site's own code rather than filling in a template, so if something isn't listed here, the site doesn't do it.

What the Quote Form Collects

The form on the contact page asks for four things. Your name and phone number are required. Your vehicle and a description of what's going on with it are optional. Nothing else is collected. There's no account to create, no mailing list, and no payment information taken anywhere on this site.

Where That Information Goes

This site is a set of static files with no backend of its own, so your submission doesn't pass through a Reverence Detailing server. Your browser sends it over HTTPS directly to ntfy.sh, a third-party notification service that delivers the message to Royce's phone. We use what you send to work out your quote and get back to you. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.

Cookies and Browser Storage

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Google Tag Manager, and no advertising or tracking script of any kind on any page.

One thing does get stored on your device: a single localStorage entry named reverence-cookie-consent, written when you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the screen so it doesn't reappear on every page. It stays in your browser, is never transmitted anywhere, and disappears when you clear your browsing data.

Third Parties Involved

Three outside services touch this site. ntfy.sh receives quote form submissions and delivers them to us. Google Mapsis embedded in the footer of every page, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details on every page load and may set its own cookies inside that map frame. That happens under Google's privacy policy, not ours. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and sees the IP address of every request it serves.

The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page sends no request to a font provider. The Facebook link in the footer is an ordinary link. Nothing is sent to Facebook unless you click it.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA

Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies to us. Under it you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct something that's wrong, and ask us to delete it. Call or text (226) 979-4396, or use the contact page, and we'll sort it out. We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to do the work and handle any follow-up.
